The Ingenium CGP Global Flexible fund - ICGF Fund- is a fund of "mixed flexible" funds that have been selected for their remarkable historical overperformance and their promising perspectives. The fund combines in one basket investments in several funds with various and complementary strategies thereby moderating the volatility while keeping intact the perspective of long term absolute performances. The ICGF Fund may invest marginally in "absolute return" funds and/or in alternative funds, with the criteria that those funds must have at least a weekly liquidation possibility. The ICGF Fund has the target to attain, while controlling the volatility, an above performance relative to a fund invested at 50% in international equities and at 50% in European government bonds.

In Belgium, access to Ingenium - CGP Global Flexible is limited to institutional investors and "sophisticated investors" for a minimum subscription of
€ 250 000 for the part B and € 1 000 000 for the part C.
